Phaeacia

§ / Privacy

Last changed 2026-08-08. This applies to phaeacia.ai only; the product at app.phaeacia.ai has its own notice.

Privacy

This site has no cookies, no analytics, no accounts and no third-party requests, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner asking you to. Below is the whole of it, in the order that matters.

What is collected when you read this page

Nothing. No cookie is set, first party or third. No analytics script runs. No pixel, tag, session recorder or A/B tool is present. Nothing on the page reports that you visited it, which pages you read, or how far you scrolled.

The fonts are served from this domain. They are not fetched from Google or any other font host, which would otherwise hand a third party your address and the page you were reading. On a site whose product argument is about consent, that request would be a contradiction.

The one thing stored in your browser

If you use the theme control in the header, the choice is written to localStorage under the key phaeacia-theme, with the value light or dark. Setting the control back to system deletes the key. It is not a cookie, it is never sent to a server, and clearing your site data removes it.

The one thing you can send

The access form takes an email address. If you submit it, that address is stored as a single record, together with the date and the fact that it came from this site. It is used for two things: an automated reply about the current state of the build, and a follow-up if you answer that reply.

  • It is not sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing.
  • It is not added to a newsletter or any list you did not ask for.
  • The reply is generated by a system rather than answered from a queue, so no waiting list exists to be prioritised.
  • The record is deleted on request, or when it has clearly gone nowhere. Ask for deletion at the contact address in the imprint and nothing is left behind.

The form is handled by {{FORM_PROVIDER}} and the reply is sent by {{EMAIL_PROVIDER}}, both acting on instruction only. Those names are placeholders in this build and are filled in before the form is connected. Until they are, the form is inert and says so when you submit it.

Server logs

The site is static and is served by {{HOSTING_PROVIDER}}, which keeps ordinary request logs containing an IP address, a timestamp, the path requested and a user agent. Those logs exist to run and defend the server, they are retained for {{LOG_RETENTION}}, and they are not joined to anything else, profiled, or used to work out who you are. Nothing on this site adds to them.

The product is a different address

Agent Passport runs at app.phaeacia.ai and handles real content: passport files, the pages they produce, and the links that reach them. Its own notice governs there, and this one does not describe it. What holds on both sides is the product rule: a passport names credential types and never credential values, so no token, key or password reaches either service.

Your rights

Under Swiss data protection law and the GDPR you may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for a copy, and ask for it to be erased. The honest version of that here is short, because the only record that can exist is an email address you typed in yourself. Write to the contact address in the imprint and it is answered without a process.

Changes

If this changes, the date in the margin changes with it. A change that widens what is collected will be described in the text rather than absorbed quietly, and nothing collected under this version is repurposed under a later one.

Two claims on this page are checkable rather than promised. Open the network panel and reload: every request should be to this domain. Open storage: there should be nothing but the theme key, and only if you set it.
